LiftMaster 87504-267 — the Elite Series DC belt drive garage door opener with an integrated 1080p camera, 2,000-lumen corner-to-corner LED lighting, battery backup and built-in Wi-Fi. The top of LiftMaster's belt-drive range from 2021 to 2025: night-vision camera with two-way audio and live streaming in myQ, the 485LM battery, up to 40 remotes, and the Security+ 2.0 radio with the yellow learn button. Head unit with the belt rail ordered to door height; the “-267” is LiftMaster's packaging code, and the opener is the same 87504.
LiftMaster discontinued the 87504-267 in October 2025. The replacement is the 6690L — the same 1-1/4 HPs belt drive with 2,000-lumen ring LED, battery backup and camera (now a 360° swivel), Security+ 3.0 and a lifetime motor and belt warranty. If this page still shows the 87504-267 as available it is remaining stock; once it is gone we cannot get more. Everything below it — boards, motors, rails, remotes, batteries — is still supplied, so an installed 87504-267 can be kept running for years. The 6690L uses the same 2777BD / 2778BD / 2770BD belt rail and trolley, so on a like-for-like swap the rail on the ceiling normally stays.

Common questions
Can I still buy an 87504-267?
No — it is gone. The 6690L is the direct replacement and a better opener: lifetime motor and belt warranty against the 87504's five years.
Will my remotes and keypad work on the 6690L?
No. The 6690L ships with two L993M remotes and an L979M keypad. The L992U universal remote covers both generations.
Can I reuse my belt rail?
On a straight swap to a 6690L, normally yes: same rail, belt and trolley part numbers. Check the belt for cracking while the head is down.
The camera stopped working — is that the board?
Usually not. Check Wi-Fi signal at the opener, then the 041-0349-000 camera harness, then the camera.
Does myQ still work?
Yes. Discontinuation affects new units only.
