What to send us if you need help identifying a part
Most of what we do is working out which part someone actually needs. You will get a faster answer if you include:

| A replacement remote | A photo of the learn button on the opener's motor unit — the colour tells us the format. If you still have the old remote, a photo of its back and of the dip switches inside. |
| An operator part | The model number off the operator's data plate, and a photo of the part you are replacing. |
| A control board | The number printed on the board itself, not the model on the cover. Boards changed across generations and the cover often lies. |
| An RFID tag or fob | The part number off the back of your existing one, and the reader model if you know it. |
| A phone entry system | How many residents, whether it is a gate or a lobby, and what phone or internet you have at the entrance. |
| Help sizing an operator | Gate length and weight, single or dual leaf, how many times a day it cycles, and the power available at the gate. |

Orders and returns
For an order status question, include your order number in the form below. For a return, use the RMA number field if you already have one — if you do not, tell us the order number and what you need to send back and we will issue one.
Some items are special order or non-returnable — RFID tags programmed to your system, for instance. Those are marked on the product page, and we would rather confirm the details with you before the order goes in than have you stuck with something that does not fit.
Trade and volume
We supply installers, HOAs, property management companies and facilities teams. If you are buying in quantity — remotes for a community, RFID tags for a fleet, a phone entry system for an apartment building — call rather than ordering online and we will quote it properly.
