Find your operator model on the serial label inside the cover, then pick it below. Every model page has a labeled parts diagram with each part number linked straight to the item.

Elite operators are built by the same group as LiftMaster, and several parts cross over between the two ranges — loop detectors, photo eyes, safety edges, chain and batteries in particular. If a part is not listed on your Elite model page, it is worth checking the LiftMaster gate operator parts section too.
Most Elite parts carry a Q prefix — Q162, Q212, Q420, Q523 and so on. Some newer stock appears under the LiftMaster K numbering instead, and a few shared items are listed under the original manufacturer's number, since the actuator range is built by FAAC.
If a number from your manual returns nothing, try it without the Q, without leading zeros, or search the bare digits. Failing that, call us with the number off the part and we will identify it.
Gate opens but will not close, or reverses part way. Photo eyes or safety edge first — check for a misaligned eye, a dirty lens or a damaged edge before suspecting the board.
Operator dead, no lights on the board. Check the transformer and fuses before the control board. On battery-backed DC units, a failed battery can also stop the operator entirely rather than just losing backup.
Slide gate runs rough or jumps the chain. Usually a worn drive sprocket or stretched chain rather than the operator. Check the chain tension and the idler while you are there.
Arm operator strains or stalls part way. On actuator and arm type operators that is often the arm itself — a bent or seized actuator arm loads the motor. Check the arm moves freely with the gate disconnected.
GateHouse Supplies stocks genuine Elite gate operator replacement parts — control boards, transformers, motors, gear reducers, limit switches, chain and sprockets, actuator arms, covers and batteries. All parts ship fast from our California warehouse, and we have been repairing these operators since 1993.
