Genuine DoorKing 4502-010 control board — the circuit board for the DoorKing 6050, 6100 and 6300 swing gate operators, and the most replaced part on all three. One board covers the 1/2 HP and 1 HP builds.
Two versions — choose your Date of Manufacture above. DoorKing revised this board in January 2016. The base number is 4502-010; the suffix identifies the version: -018 for operators built January 2016 or later (current, with the UL325 monitored-device input) and -012 for operators built before January 2016. You do not order those numbers separately: pick the date from the dropdown. If you are unsure, read the number on the board currently fitted — it ends in -012 or -018.
Older 600 series? If your operator is a 601, 602, 605, 610, 615, 620, 625 or 630 — the generation before the 6050 — it takes the 4502-009, not this board. Check the model on the cabinet label.

Is the board actually the problem?
| Symptom | Check first |
|---|---|
| Operator dead, no board lights | Incoming power at the terminals and the fuse before the board |
| Powers up but ignores every input — remotes, loops, keypad | The board |
| Board lights but the motor will not run | Motor, capacitor and the terminal strip before the board |
| Gate opens but will not close | A loop detector or photo eye holding it open, not the board |
| Failed after a storm | Surge damage — the board, plus the 4001-093 MOV, which usually shows heat damage too |
| Burnt smell, scorching or a bulged capacitor on the board | The board — replace it |
After fitting
The new board arrives unprogrammed. Set the limits and force, relearn every remote and transmitter, re-enter timer, loop and accessory settings, and re-test every entrapment protection device before returning the gate to service.
Fit surge protection at the same time. Storm damage is a leading cause of gate operator board failure. If this board died after a storm, the replacement is at the same risk unless the installation is protected.
