Elite Q numbers are the original part numbers. Elite Access Systems built the SL 3000 before LiftMaster acquired the line, so the diagram is keyed by Q number. After the acquisition most of these same parts were re-labelled with LiftMaster K numbers — both are listed below, and in most cases they are the same part. Order by whichever number is on your old part.
Four different drive belts — check your configuration before ordering. This is the most common wrong order on this operator. Q020 (AX20, 220) is the standard 1/2 HP belt. Q039 (AX32, 340) fits DM and 1 HP units. Q164 (4L370) is for units with DC battery backup. Q065 (4L400) is for DC backup with dual motors.
Omni board or non-UL board? Current units run the Q400 Omni main board. The earlier non-UL Q019 board is discontinued — the Omniup kit is the upgrade path for those operators.
1/2 HP or 1 HP? The motor, belt, board and electronic box all differ by horsepower. Check the motor plate before ordering the Q401 1 HP board or the Q403 1 HP electronic box.

Replacing the Operator
