Genuine Elite Q401 Omni 1 HP board — LiftMaster part number K001A5872. It is the 1 HP motor board in Elite SL3000 slide and CSW200 swing gate operators fitted with the Omni control, and works alongside the Omni main board (Q400E-1).
1/2 HP or 1 HP? The motor, belt, board and electronic box all differ by horsepower on these operators. Check the motor plate before ordering. The Q401 is for 1 HP units only; the 1 HP electronic box assembly is the Q403.
