    Very good product. plug-and-play was great. The only thing i had to do was adjust the amount of time open, but even that was very easy.

    Fixed my problem

    I was having an issue with my drive motor going into alarm when trying to close. The reverse sensing is built into this circuit card and due to rodent damage, would intermittently (more often than not) go into alarm and the gate would stop as it was closing. The new card from Gatehouse Supply not only provided the exact (newer firmware upgrade) replacement, they also included an external reset switch kit as an upgrade. My gate was fixed within minutes of replacement and Gatehouse shipped my item the very next day of receiving my order. I use Gatehouse regularly for my parts. They have always served me well.

    Previous board was causing the gate to randomly open. I swapped the board out and it solved the problem!

    The part was in perfect conditions and it worked perfectly once installed.

    I ordered this part with the service of FedEx International Priority® 1-2 Days, without knowing that the part was going to be checked for 24-48 hrs. in customs at Mexico City. Therefore it took 5 days to get here.. I hope this info is helpful to someone out of US.
