Genuine replacement parts for the Elite Robo Slide residential slide gate operator. Find your part on the breakdown above, then match the Q number to the tables below. Every part number is a link — click it for price, stock and full details.
Elite Q numbers are the original part numbers. Elite Access Systems built the Robo Slide before LiftMaster acquired the line, so the diagram is keyed by Q number. Most of these parts were later re-labelled with LiftMaster K numbers — both are listed below. Order by whichever number is on the part you are replacing.
Much of the limit-switch drive group is discontinued. The Robo Slide is an older residential platform and several of its small sprockets, gears and the limit switch box are no longer manufactured — they are marked below. The parts that keep these operators running are still available: the Q206 control board, the Q212 gear reducer, the Q135 limit switch shaft and the Q180 coupler. Call us before you assume a Robo Slide is beyond repair — we can often work around a discontinued small part.
Running on solar or low voltage? The Robo Slide was designed to run from a low-voltage supply or a 12V solar system, so battery and panel condition is the first thing to check on an intermittent unit. Solar kits and upgraded batteries are listed below.
Check the fuse first. The Q162 1.5 amp fuse is the cheapest possible cause of a dead operator and costs nothing to rule out before ordering a board.
| Symptom | Usual cause | Parts to check |
|---|---|---|
| Completely dead, no LEDs | Blown fuse or failed power supply | Q162 1.5 amp fuse, APOW1 plug-in supply, battery condition |
| Weak or intermittent on solar | Battery at end of life, or panel undersized | ABT12 / Yuasa NP7-12 battery, A12330 33Ah upgrade, 20W7A / 20W33A solar kit |
| Runs but won't learn limits | Limit switch shaft or drive out of engagement | Q135 limit switch shaft, Q029 limit switch, Q032 adjustment nuts |
| Grinding from the gearbox | Gear reducer wear | Q212 gear reducer, Q205 Robo assembly |
| Chain slapping or jumping | Stretched chain, loose bracket | Chain #40/#41, Q004 chain bracket, Q003 chain bolt |
| Motor spins, gate doesn't move | Coupler failure between motor and reducer | Q180 1 in. coupler |

If the Robo Slide is beyond economical repair, the LiftMaster RSL12UL residential slide gate operator with battery backup is the direct successor for single-family installations. Parts for it are on our LiftMaster RSL12U / RSL12UL / RSL12VDC parts page. For the Elite swing equivalent, see Elite Robo Swing parts.
