Elite Robo Swing Parts

Elite Robo Swing R900 residential swing gate operator replacement parts breakdown diagram with Q numbers

Elite Robo Swing Replacement Parts

Genuine replacement parts for the Elite Robo Swing residential swing gate operator, also sold as the R900. Find your part on the breakdown above, then match the Q number to the tables below. Every part number is a link — click it for price, stock and full details.

Elite Q numbers are the original part numbers. Elite Access Systems built the Robo Swing before LiftMaster acquired the line, so the diagram is keyed by Q number. Most of these parts were later re-labelled with LiftMaster K numbers — both are listed below. Order by whichever number is on the part you are replacing.

The Robo Swing shares its gearbox and arm with the CSW 200. The gear box, output shaft, cludge assembly, output arm, release handle and arm hardware are the same parts used on the commercial Elite CSW 200 — the Robo Swing is the residential version of that arm design. If a part is out of stock here, check the CSW 200 page for the same number.

Size 60 gearbox. This operator uses the Q050 size-60 gear box with the matching Q058 output shaft. The size-70 gearbox parts listed on the CSW 200 page do not fit.

Don't confuse the couplers. The Robo Swing takes the Q181 2 1/2 in. coupling. The 1 in. Q180 coupler is the Robo Slide part. They are not interchangeable.

Check the fuse first. The Q162 1.5 amp fuse is the cheapest possible cause of a dead operator and costs nothing to rule out before ordering a board.
