DoorKing 1802 EPD Replacement Parts

Circuit Board — the most replaced part on the 1802
1862-010 — PCB Telephone, 2 Relay
The same board runs the 1802 EPD, 1803, 1808, 1810 and 1819. Replace it when the unit is dead with the transformer proven good, when calls will not dial out, when a relay no longer pulls in to open the gate, or after a lightning or surge event. It ships without a memory chip.
Your directory lives on the chip, not the board. The 1802-090 uses the 1810-068 100-name chip — move it across to the new board, or order a replacement if the names are already gone.

Keypad note — ref 70. The 1895-016 alphanumeric keypad fitted to the 1802 EPD is discontinued and DoorKing no longer supplies it. The live replacement path is the 1895-060 Lighted Keypad / A-Z-CALL Retrofit Kit, which replaces the keypad and the three chrome buttons as one assembly. The 1895-017 is a numeric keypad and is not a drop-in for the 1802 EPD — it has no A, Z or CALL header. Call us before ordering if you are unsure which panel you have.
