Genuine DoorKing 1862-010 control board — DoorKing’s “PCB Telephone, 2 Relay,” the main board shared by the 1802 EPD, 1803, 1808, 1810 and 1819 telephone entry systems. One board, five models.
The board ships with no memory chip. The directory lives on the plug-in chip, not the board: 1810-075 (1,000 numbers) on the 1810, 1810-068 (100 numbers) on the 1802 EPD. Move your existing chip to the new board and the programming carries over.
Display is separate too. The 1902-010 16 x 1 display serves the 1802; the 1890-010 8-character display serves the 1810. A dead display with a working board is one of those, not this.

After fitting
Fit your existing memory chip to the new board before powering up; the directory and codes live on the chip, not the board. Then confirm the system settings — talk time, relay strike time, tone-open codes — against your records before handing the system back.
