Genuine Ramset 800-63-00-INTL Intelligate control board — the international version of the 800-63-00, for Ramset RAM slide and swing gate operators built before the 2016 UL325 changeover and sold outside the US domestic market.
Domestic or international? US-market operators take the 800-63-00. Order this board only when the operator or its existing board is marked INTL. If in doubt, send us a photo of the board.

Ramset control boards, by generation
Ramset’s RAM slide and swing operators have used three generations of control electronics. Read the number on the board in your operator before ordering:
| Board | What it is |
|---|---|
| 800-63-00 | Intelligate control board, domestic, for operators built before the 2016 UL325 changeover. Also numbered 50-036C; replaces the 5-12H |
| 800-63-00-INTL | Intelligate control board, international version, pre-2016 |
| 800-63-00-UL | Intelligate board for the first UL325 (2016) operators — discontinued by Ramset |
| 800-65-01 | ETL logic board, current — specify AC or DC |
| 800-65-02 | ETL AC driver board, pairs with the 800-65-01 on AC operators |
| 800-65-05 | ETL DC driver board, pairs with the 800-65-01 on DC operators |
| 800-76-50 | 5-12 upgrade kit assembly — the ETL board set to bring an older operator up to date |
Is the board actually the problem?
| Symptom | Check first |
|---|---|
| Operator dead, no board lights | Incoming power, the fuse and the transformer before the board |
| Powers up but ignores every input | The board |
| Board lights but the motor will not run | On the ETL generation, the driver board before the logic board; then the motor, capacitor and contactor |
| Gate opens but will not close | A loop detector, photo eye or edge holding it open, not the board |
| Failed after a storm | Surge damage — the board |
| Burnt smell, scorching or a bulged capacitor on the board | The board — replace it |
After fitting
The new board arrives unprogrammed. Set the limits and force, relearn every transmitter into the 800-64-50 receiver terminal, re-enter timer, loop and accessory settings, and re-test every entrapment protection device before returning the gate to service.
Fit surge protection at the same time. Storm damage is a leading cause of gate operator board failure. If this board died after a storm, the replacement is at the same risk unless the installation is protected.
