Genuine LiftMaster 041DJ001B receiver logic board with mounting bracket (printed 041DJ001 / 41DJ001; also 041DJ001A) — the 315 MHz Security+ board with the purple learn button for the LiftMaster 3800 residential jackshaft opener, the Chamberlain RJO and the light-duty commercial 3900PLD, built 2005 to 2015. Supplied complete on its plate.
Purple learn button = this board. A yellow learn button means a Security+ 2.0 opener: the 8500 / RJO20 takes the 041DJ002MC, the 8500W / RJO70 the 050DCRJWFMC. The number is printed on the board behind the battery / logic board cover.

A beeping 3800 is usually not the board. The cable tension monitor stops the opener when a door cable goes slack. Check the cables and springs and the 041A6104 cable tension monitor first.

Is the board actually the problem?
The logic board is the most over-ordered part on a commercial operator. Work down this list before you buy:

After fitting
Set the travel limits from the opener's buttons, learn the remotes to the purple button and re-test the cable tension monitor and the power door lock.
Fit surge protection when you fit the board. Lightning and utility surges are the most common reason a commercial operator board is replaced, and a new board on the same unprotected supply is at the same risk. The MOV kit on the electrical box is the first line; a proper surge arrester on the supply is the second.
