LiftMaster RJO 3800 Jackshaft Replacement Parts
The RJO 3800 is a 12V DC wall mount jackshaft opener — it drives the torsion bar directly and has no rail, trolley or overhead assembly. Its motor, logic board, transformer and power cord are all specific to the RJO and are not shared with the 8500. Everything for it is on this page, each section with its own diagram.
Door will not open and the opener beeps? On a jackshaft that is often the cable tension monitor doing its job — it stops the opener when a cable goes slack. Check the cables and springs before replacing the monitor itself. If the door is locked and will not move at all, check the power door lock.

RJO specific 12V parts
These are the RJO's own 12V DC components. If your opener is a 12V RJO, order from this table rather than the general jackshaft parts above.

Two logic boards, and they are not interchangeable. The 041DJ001B is the standard board; the 050DCRJWF is the Wi-Fi version. Read the number printed on the board you are removing and match it — a Wi-Fi opener will not pair on the standard board.
