Genuine LiftMaster replacement parts for the RSW12V and RSW12VH residential swing gate operators — the 12 VDC chain-drive swing operator with a separate control box, two gear reducers and a mechanical limit shaft. Not the same machine as the RSW12U. The RSW12V runs a K001A6426-2 control board in a separate control box with a mechanical limit shaft. The RSW12U, RSW12UL and RSW12VDC use an integrated e-box and an APS encoder, and share almost no parts with this model.
Two gear reducers, two chain sizes. Ref 6 is the #60 reducer and Ref 7 is the #40 — both are fitted, so check which one has failed before ordering.
