Genuine LiftMaster K001A6407-1 absolute encoder logic board (also K1A6407-1) — the second board on the RSW12V / RSW12VH swing gate operator. It reads the absolute encoder that tells the operator where the arm is, and it works alongside the K001A6426-2 main control board and the K76-35321 learn limit passpoint kit. It is a position board, not the main board: if the operator is dead, start with the main board and the power supply.
RSW12V only. The RSL12V slide operator uses a mechanical limit shaft and has no encoder board. The RSW12U / RSW12UL / RSW12VDC use an APS encoder with an integrated e-box and do not use this board either.

Is the board actually the problem?
The logic board is the most over-ordered part on a commercial operator. Work down this list before you buy:

After fitting
Re-learn the open and close limits with the learn limit kit, then re-test the entrapment reversal in both directions.
Fit surge protection when you fit the board. Lightning and utility surges are the most common reason a commercial operator board is replaced, and a new board on the same unprotected supply is at the same risk. The MOV kit on the electrical box is the first line; a proper surge arrester on the supply is the second.
