Genuine LiftMaster K41-0071-000 HD power board — the DC power board in the HDSW24UL heavy-duty swing and HDSL24UL heavy-duty slide operators. It takes the rectified supply and the batteries and feeds the main control board and the motor drive board. The industrial IHSL24UL and INSL24UL do not use it; their power stage is built into the BLDC motor drive board.

After fitting
Photograph the harness connections before removing the old board and reconnect the new one the same way. Then set the limits and force, relearn every remote, re-enter timer, loop and accessory settings, and re-test every entrapment protection device to UL325 before returning the gate to service.
Fit surge protection at the same time. Storm damage is a leading cause of gate operator board failure. If this board died after a storm, the replacement is at the same risk unless the installation is protected.
