Genuine GTO / Linear R5722 logic control board — the green board for the PRO SW2000XLS and SW2002XLS swing gate openers and the Mighty Mule MM262, MM362, MM402, MM462 and MMDIA30S. It is the direct replacement for the discontinued R4722.
Not the 2000XL, 3000XL/XLS or 4000XL/XLS. Those take the R5211. Read the number on your existing board: R4722 or R5722 means this page.

Is the board actually the problem?
| Symptom | Check first |
|---|---|
| Opener dead, no lights on the board | The battery and its terminals, then the transformer or solar panel output, before the board |
| Gate runs slowly, stops partway or only works some of the time | A tired battery — these openers run off the battery and only charge from the transformer or panel |
| Remotes do nothing, the button on the board works | Reprogram the remotes to the board first; then the remote batteries |
| Gate overruns or stops short | The R4192 rev counter board, not this board |
| Board lights but the arm does not move | The arm and its wiring, then the board |
| Failed after a storm or a lightning strike | Surge damage — the most common reason a GTO board gets replaced |
| Burnt smell, scorching or a bulged component on the board | The board — replace it |
After fitting
The new board arrives with an empty transmitter memory and default settings. Relearn every remote and keypad, set the open and close limits, the auto-close timer and the obstruction sensitivity, and re-test the safety devices before returning the gate to service.
Fit surge protection at the same time. Storm damage is a leading cause of gate operator board failure. If this board died after a storm, the replacement is at the same risk unless the installation is protected.
