Genuine Mighty Mule RP1007 logic control board — the replacement control board for the Mighty Mule MM371 / MM371W and MM372 / MM372W and the heavy-duty MM571 / MM571W and MM572 / MM572W automatic gate openers. One board serves single and dual gates, push-to-open and pull-to-open, and has the 318 MHz learn receiver built in.
Not for the MM271, MM262 or the older GTO/PRO operators. Those use different boards. If your opener is one of the four models above, this is the board.
Board only. The RP1004 is the same board already fitted in a complete control box.

Is the board actually the problem?
| Symptom | Check first |
|---|---|
| Opener dead, no lights on the board | The battery and its terminals, then the transformer or solar panel output, before the board |
| Gate runs slowly, stops partway or only works some of the time | A tired battery — these openers run off the battery and only charge from the transformer or panel |
| Remotes do nothing, the push button on the board works | Reprogram the remotes to the board first; then the remote batteries |
| Board lights but the arm does not move | The arm and its wiring, then the board |
| Failed after a storm or a lightning strike | Surge damage — this is the most common reason an RP1007 gets replaced |
| Burnt smell, scorching or a bulged component on the board | The board — replace it |
After fitting
The new board arrives with an empty transmitter memory and default settings. Relearn every remote and keypad, set the open and close limits, the auto-close timer and the obstruction sensitivity, and re-test the safety devices before returning the gate to service.
Fit surge protection at the same time. Storm damage is a leading cause of gate operator board failure. If this board died after a storm, the replacement is at the same risk unless the installation is protected.
