Genuine LiftMaster K001D8396-1 Logic 5 power board — the single-phase 115 / 230 V relay power board fitted beside the logic board in every Logic 5.0 commercial door operator on single-phase supply. It carries the motor relays (the K4 relay comes fitted) and feeds the logic board. It replaces the K001D8396 and the original K001D8072-1.
Check the phase before ordering. This board is single-phase only. Three-phase operators take the K001D8397 power board kit and 575 V units the K001D8397-1. The supply voltage and phase are on the operator data label.

Is the board actually the problem?
On a Logic 5 box the power board fails more often than the logic board. Check in this order:

After fitting
Confirm the voltage jumper matches the supply (115 or 230 V) before powering up, then re-test the limits and entrapment protection.
Fit surge protection when you fit the board. Lightning and utility surges are the most common reason a commercial operator board is replaced, and a new board on the same unprotected supply is at the same risk. The MOV kit on the electrical box is the first line; a proper surge arrester on the supply is the second.
