Genuine LiftMaster TLS1CARD timer / light / status option card — the plug-in option board for Logic 4.0 commercial door operators that adds timer-to-close (with or without pre-warning) and an auxiliary output to switch lights, bells, horns or horn-strobes at set door positions. It plugs into the option socket on the K001A6837 Logic 4 board in the T, GT, GH, J, H and HJ electrical boxes.
Logic 4 only. The card fits the option socket on the Logic 4.0 board. Logic 5.0 operators have timer-to-close built into the K001D8395MC and switch auxiliary devices through the AUXREL relay board instead. If you are not sure which logic version you have, the label inside the electrical box door says L4 or L5.

The Logic 4 main board itself is discontinued. The K001A6837 is no longer available from LiftMaster. This card is still supplied, but if your L4 board has failed the operator needs a Logic 5 conversion rather than a card — call us before ordering.
After fitting
Set the timer-to-close delay and the pre-warning time on the card's switches, wire the auxiliary device to the card's relay output, and re-test the entrapment protection: a timer-to-close installation must have monitored photo eyes or a monitored edge fitted.
