LiftMaster GH5011 Replacement Parts — GH Series Heavy Industrial-Duty Gear-Reduced Hoist Operator

Genuine LiftMaster replacement parts for the GH series heavy industrial-duty gear-reduced hoist operator. The GH5011 is the most common version — 1/2 HP, 115V, single phase. Use the exploded diagram to identify your part by its key number, then match it to the tables below.

The GH is built in more horsepowers than any other LiftMaster commercial operator — 1/2 through 3 HP — and several parts change with the horsepower band rather than the voltage. The gear reducer, the bevel gears and the hand chain shaft kit all differ, so check your horsepower before ordering those. Your model number is on the operator’s data label: the first two digits are horsepower and the last two are voltage and phase, so GH5011 is 1/2 HP at 115V single phase and GH3023 is 3 HP at 208/230V three phase.

The motor’s part number is printed on the motor’s own data label. If you can reach it, read the number straight off the label and match it below — that is the most reliable way to order the right motor. TEFC motors are the NEMA 4/12 enclosure versions.

Note: LiftMaster’s 2023 guide repeats the 3/4 HP part numbers under its 1-1/2 HP Logic 5.0 heading, so we have not listed motors for GH151L5, GH153L5 or GH155L5. Contact us with your serial number and we will confirm the correct motor.
