LiftMaster GT5011 Replacement Parts — GT Series Gear-Reduced Trolley Operator

Genuine LiftMaster replacement parts for the GT series gear-reduced trolley operator. The GT5011 is the most common version — 1/2 HP, 115V, single phase. Use the exploded diagram to identify your part by its key number, then match it to the tables below.

Your model number is on the operator’s data label. The first two digits after the letters are horsepower and the last two are voltage and phase, so GT5011 is 1/2 HP at 115V single phase and GT5023 is 1/2 HP at 208/230V three phase. The GT replaces the T’s belt-and-clutch drive with a 20:1 gear reducer and torque limiter, so drive-train parts are not interchangeable with the T. Parts marked no longer available have been discontinued by the manufacturer and are listed for identification only.

Motor Replacement Kits

Find your model number on the operator’s data label, then pick the column that matches your motor. The GT5011 uses the 1/2 HP 115V motor in the first row. GT motors are C-face gear-reduced units and do not interchange with the T series belt motors. TEFC motors are the NEMA 4/12 enclosure versions.
