Chamberlain PD612EV and PD622EVG Replacement Parts
These two chain drive openers share one parts list. They are close relatives of the HD420EVC and LC500EVC, but two parts differ between the families — the light lens and the cover — so check those carefully before ordering.
Motor runs but the door does not move? That is almost always the chain drive gear and sprocket kit — the nylon gear strips. It is part 041C4220A, also listed as 41A2827, and we stock it in both factory and aftermarket versions. See section 2.

Two parts differ from the HD420EVC and LC500EVC. The light lens on the PD612EV and PD622EVG is the 041D7570 — the HD420EVC and LC500EVC take the 041D7571. The cover here is the 041A7620-10; the HD420EVC and LC500EVC take the 041A7620-8, and the earlier HD420EV takes the 041A7620-7. Everything else on the list fits all of them. If you are unsure which unit you have, the model number is on the label under the light lens.
2. Gear and Sprocket — Factory or Aftermarket
The nylon gear on the 041C4220A is the most common failure on these openers. You may see it called 41A2827 — it is the same assembly. We stock both the genuine part and a lower cost aftermarket version built to the same dimensions.

Fit the new gear with the opener disconnected from the door, and grease the worm before reassembly — running it dry is what strips the next one.

These rail parts are not on Chamberlain's motor unit parts list but are the ones that fit these openers. Check the wear pads and trolley while the rail is apart — worn pads let the trolley rock and will chew a new chain. Browse all chain and master links.

The 041A5266-3 sensor bracket is no longer available — the 041-0155-000 above replaces it. The current 041-0136 eye kit replaces the older 41A5034 and fits Chamberlain and LiftMaster openers alike.
