Chamberlain LW2200 and HD210 Replacement Parts
These are chain drive openers on a square rail — an unusual combination. The chain, gear and sprocket are standard Chamberlain chain drive parts, but the rail, trolley and U bracket are square rail specific and will not interchange with T-rail parts.
Motor runs but the door does not move? On these openers that is almost always the gear and sprocket assembly at ref 02 — the nylon gear strips. It is part 041C4220A, also listed as 41A2827, and we stock it in both factory and aftermarket versions. See section 2.

Covers are no longer available for either model. The LW2200 cover (041D8373) and the HD210 cover (041D8382) are both discontinued by Chamberlain with no replacement. Every other part on this diagram is available. If the cover is all that has failed, the opener is perfectly safe to run without it — but call (866) 965-5599 and we will tell you whether anything close will fit.
The 045ACTMC logic board and the 041D7742-7 travel module are the two most commonly replaced electrical parts. If the door reverses at the wrong point or will not learn its travel, it is usually the travel module rather than the board — a cheaper part and a quicker job.
2. Gear and Sprocket — Factory or Aftermarket
The nylon gear on the 041C4220A is the most common failure on these openers, and the part fits most Chamberlain and LiftMaster chain drives. You may see it called 41A2827 — it is the same assembly. We stock both the genuine part and a lower cost aftermarket version built to the same dimensions.

Fit the new gear with the opener disconnected from the door, and grease the worm before reassembly — running it dry is what strips the next one. The 041A2817 gear kit is the alternative if only the gear itself has failed.

Check the wear pads and trolley while the rail is apart — worn pads let the trolley rock in the rail and will chew through a new chain. A slack chain can usually be re-tensioned rather than replaced. Browse all chain and master links.

The current 041-0136 eye kit replaces the older 41A5034 and fits Chamberlain and LiftMaster openers alike. If your brackets are bent or missing too, the 041-0365-000 includes eyes and brackets together.
