Chamberlain HD920EV Replacement Parts
Genuine replacement parts for the Chamberlain HD920EV 3/4 HP square rail belt drive opener. Each section below has its own diagram and its own reference numbers — the numbers in one table match the diagram directly above it, not the other sections.
Openers built before and after October 2012 use different parts. The line cord, filter board, terminal block and wire harness all changed at that point. Both versions are listed below — check the date on your motor unit label, or compare against the part you are removing.
Ordering a belt? The HD920EV is a square rail opener and takes the 41A5250 belt, sized to your door height. It will not take the T-rail belts used on most other openers.

The 45DCT is the receiver logic board for the HD920EV. The 045DCT125 fits the HD930EV only — read the number printed on the board you are removing before ordering. The ref 1 sprocket and cover (41C589-2) is discontinued; the 041C1751 that superseded it fits the HD930EV only and will not fit this opener. Call (866) 965-5599 if you need one.

A belt rarely fails on its own. Check the pulley, trolley and wear pads while the rail is apart — worn pads let the trolley rock in the rail and will chew through a new belt in months.

The manual lists the 41A5034 sensor kit and the 041A5266-3 bracket. Both are superseded — order the 041-0136 eye kit and the 041-0155-000 brackets above, or the 041-0365-000 which includes both.
