Genuine LiftMaster K001D8439MC power and internet board — the board in the CAPXL and CAPXLV access portals that distributes power to the other boards and carries the network connection. It is not the control board; the portal’s logic lives on the K41-0112-000.
When it is the fault. The unit is dead with the K002A1978 power supply confirmed good, or the portal keeps dropping off the network with the router and cabling confirmed. If the portal powers up but does nothing, look at the K41-0112-000 control board instead.
