Genuine LiftMaster K41-0112-000 control board — the main processor board in the CAPXL and CAPXLV smart video access portals. It runs the resident directory, calls, credentials, relay outputs and the myQ connection. It is the most expensive board in the unit and the one to replace last: the CAPXL has three cheaper boards, and most faults live in one of those.
Rule out the other three boards first. A blank screen is usually the K41-0103-000 touchscreen or the K001D8592 sensor board. A dead unit is usually the K002A1978 power supply, the K94-38407 wiring kit or the K001D8439MC power/internet board. A door that never releases is the K001D8478 door board. This board is the answer when the portal powers up and lights but does nothing.

The CAPXL / CAPXLV access portal has four boards, each with one job. Replace the one that owns the fault.

After fitting
The board arrives without your site’s data. Re-link the portal to the myQ Business account and confirm the directory, credentials and relay settings have synced before handing the unit back.
