LiftMaster 2280, 2280R, 3280 and 3280M Replacement Parts
These are the Professional Formula 1 belt drive openers, including the 3280M and the 3280M-267. They run the 20 rib 41A5434 belt. Everything for them is on this page: the motor unit, the belts, the safety sensors, the door hardware, the wall control and the remote. Each section has its own diagram, and the reference numbers are specific to the diagram directly above them.

Replacing the logic board? Two boards are currently available at ref 17, the 041AC050-2M and the 041AB050-2M. They are not interchangeable. Take the cover off and read the number printed on the board you are removing, then order the matching one. If the number on your board is not one of these two, call (866) 965-5599 with it and we will identify the right replacement. The older 041A5483-4C and the 433MHz 41A5371-3 are no longer manufactured.
2. Belts
These openers take the 20 rib 41A5434 belt. Measure your door opening height, not the rail. We stock the genuine LiftMaster belt and a lower cost aftermarket belt built to the same length, rib pitch and end fittings — the aftermarket belt typically runs about a third of the factory price and installs identically.

Remote controls
The original remotes for these openers are discontinued. The 893MAX is the universal replacement and works with all the older LiftMaster, Chamberlain and Craftsman openers. It covers 371LM, 971LM, 973LM and 893LM, and is the listed substitute for 81LM, 83LM, 63LM, 753CB, 850CB, 853CB, 953CB, 953EV and Craftsman 53680, 53859 and 53879.
