Genie 3164H, 4063 and 4164 Replacement Parts
Parts and exploded-view diagrams for Genie's Connected screw drive openers — 3164H (Connected Pro Series), 4063 (MachForce Connect) and 4164 (Pro Connected). All three run the same 140V DC screw drive power head with the integrated Aladdin Connect Wi-Fi module, and the same enclosed C-channel screw rail.
This is not the same platform as the earlier screw drives. The Connected models use their own power head with a Wi-Fi board and mounting bracket built in. Parts are not interchangeable with the 3062, 3064, 4062 or 4064, and not with the AC screw drives such as the H4000, H6000, PRO95 or 2060L.
The rail is fully stocked. Every part on the screw drive channel below is in stock — carriage, shuttle, bearing block, coupler, door arms, drive screws, release cords and all four hardware bags.
The Connected electronics are not. The main board, Wi-Fi module, its bracket and harness, and the battery backup set are Genie-only items we do not stock. They are listed with their part numbers so you can identify them, and we can order them in — call us.
