Chamberlain Screw Drive Rail Parts
Rail, rack, coupler, sprocket kit and hardware for Chamberlain screw drive openers. These parts are shared across the screw drive range rather than tied to one model.
Before you order anything, try re-greasing. A screw drive that groans, stalls, runs slowly or strains is nearly always suffering from old hardened grease, not a failed part. Strip the old grease off the screw completely, then re-apply with rail grease. That alone fixes most complaints on these openers, and it costs a few pounds rather than a few hundred.

Trolley and rail kit — call before you order elsewhere. The complete screw drive trolley (041C4677) and the 3 piece SSR rail kit (041A6263) are both currently unavailable to order online. If either is what you need, call (866) 965-5599 — we may be able to source one, and if not we will tell you straight rather than leaving you waiting.
The 041A4795 hardware bag includes the sprocket coupling, which the 41A4796 does not — check which you need before ordering. If the screw turns but the trolley does not travel, the coupler at ref 09 or the drive sprocket kit at ref 10 is usually the cause.

The 041A8094 kit contains both arm sections and is usually the better buy if you are replacing the arm rather than repairing it.

Do not use spray lube on the screw itself — it thins the grease and makes the problem worse. The spray lubes are for hinges, rollers and the door hardware; the screw takes the 83A11-2 rail grease. The current 041-0136 eye kit replaces the older 41A5034 and fits Chamberlain and LiftMaster openers alike.
