Chamberlain PD432D and PD432DM Replacement Parts
These are screw drive openers. Most of the drivetrain is still available — complete motor drive assembly, drive belt, logic board and wire harness — which is unusual for a screw drive of this age.

Opener runs but the door barely moves, or the rail groans? On a screw drive that is usually the rail rather than the head — old grease hardens and the trolley starts fighting the screw. Strip the old grease off completely and re-grease with rail grease before replacing anything. If the motor does not turn at all, check the drive belt before condemning the motor.

Two parts we cannot supply. The limit switch assembly (041D4671) and the screw drive RPM kit (41C4672) are discontinued with no replacement — the same two parts are unavailable across every Chamberlain screw drive of this era. Everything else on this diagram is available. If either of those has failed, call (866) 965-5599 before ordering anything else and we will tell you honestly whether the repair is still worth doing.
The 041A6241 is the complete motor drive assembly — motor, gearbox and mounting in one unit, so you do not need to source those separately. The 041AS050R2M is the current 315 MHz logic board. Read the number printed on the board you are removing before ordering, and call us if it is not this one.

A screw drive that groans, stalls or runs slowly usually needs cleaning and re-greasing rather than new parts. Strip the old hardened grease off completely before applying fresh — that alone fixes most complaints on these openers. See all Chamberlain screw drive rail parts.

The current 041-0136 eye kit replaces the older 41A5034 and fits Chamberlain and LiftMaster openers alike — both brands are built by the same manufacturer. If your brackets are bent or missing too, the 041-0365-000 includes eyes and brackets together.
