These are early screw drive openers, from before the receiver logic board era. The parts still available are the belt drive train and the electrical basics. This parts list covers all four models:
Opener squealing, slipping, or straining? On these models that is nearly always the K020C0014 drive belt — the belt between the motor and the screw. It stretches and glazes with age. Check the 28T pulley at the same time; a worn pulley will destroy a new belt.

|---|---|---|
| 02 | 041B4245-1 | Line cord, 6 ft |
| 03 | 30B363 | Capacitor, 1/2 HP — no longer available |
| 04 | K012A0373 | Capacitor bracket |
| 05 | 041A3150 | Terminal block with screws |
| 06 | 041D4671 | Limit switch assembly — no longer available |
| 08B | 144B0042 | 28T pulley |
| 08C | K020C0014 | Drive belt |
| 08D | 158A69 | Retainer ring |
| 12 | 41C4672 | RPM sensor assembly — no longer available |
| — | 144B0041M | Motor pulley, 1-1/2 in OD, 1/2 in bore — no longer available |
| — | 041A2770-17 | Installation hardware kit |
Four parts we cannot supply. The capacitor (30B363), limit switch assembly (041D4671), RPM sensor (41C4672) and motor pulley (144B0041M) are all discontinued with no replacement. If one of those has failed, call (866) 965-5599 before spending anything else — we will tell you honestly whether the repair is still worth doing, and you can see current replacement openers if it is not.
These openers predate the receiver logic board generation, so there is no board to replace. If the opener is completely dead, check the line cord and terminal block first — both are still available and are the usual culprits.

| — | 83A11-2 | Rail grease |
| — | 041A8094 | Door arm kit — curved and straight sections together |
A screw drive that groans, stalls or runs slowly usually needs cleaning and re-greasing rather than new parts. Strip the old hardened grease off completely before applying fresh — that alone fixes most complaints on these openers, and on a unit this age it is worth doing before ordering anything. | — | 041-0136 | Safety sensor eye kit — replaces 41A5034 |
| — | 041-0155-000 | Safety sensor brackets, 2021 to present |
| — | 041-0365-000 | Sensor eyes and brackets — the complete set |
| — | 041B0873 | Sunblocker bracket — stops sunlight false-tripping the eye |
| — | 041B4494-1 | 2 conductor bell wire, 26 ft |
Safety sensors became a legal requirement in 1993, so openers from this range may not have them fitted. If yours does, the current 041-0136 eye kit replaces the older 41A5034 and fits Chamberlain and LiftMaster openers alike.

These openers long predate Security+ 2.0, so use the 041C0494-2 wall control rather than a MyQ panel — the modern panels will not work. The 893MAX replaces every older Chamberlain, LiftMaster and Craftsman remote. Browse all Chamberlain remote controls.
