Chamberlain LW2000 and LW3500 Replacement Parts
These are belt drive openers. Everything for them is on this page: the motor unit, the safety sensors, the door hardware, the wall control and the remote. The reference numbers below match the diagram.
Motor runs but the door does not move? On a belt drive that is almost always the gear and sprocket assembly at ref 02 — the nylon gear strips. Grease the worm before fitting the new one; running it dry is what strips the next.

The 041AB050-2M is the current receiver logic board for these openers. Read the number printed on the board you are removing before ordering — if it is not this one, call (866) 965-5599 with it and we will confirm the right replacement.
Cover no longer available. The ref 11 cover (41A5525-4) is discontinued with no replacement. Every other part on this diagram is available.
2. Belt and Rail
Ordering a belt? The belt is sized to your door height, not your rail. Chamberlain built belt drives on two different rail types — square rail and T rail — and the belts are not interchangeable. Look at the rail section: if it is square, you need the 41A5250 family; if it is a T shape, the 41A5434 family. A belt rarely fails on its own. Check the idler pulley and the wear pads while the rail is apart — worn pads let the trolley rock in the rail and will chew through a new belt in months.

The current 041-0136 eye kit replaces the older 41A5034 and fits Chamberlain and LiftMaster openers alike — both brands are built by the same manufacturer and share sensors. If your brackets are bent or missing too, the 041-0365-000 includes eyes and brackets together.
