Genuine replacement parts for the electrical box fitted to the LiftMaster GH 5 HP gear-reduced hoist operator. These are three-phase machines, so the transformer and the overload are both specific to your supply voltage and motor.

Identify your model first. The GH5HP number encodes the voltage — GH5HP23M is 230V, GH5HP43M is 460V and GH5HP53M is 575V. Ordering the wrong transformer or overload for the voltage is the most common mistake on this box. Parts marked no longer available have been discontinued and are listed for identification only.
