Chamberlain 995XD Replacement Parts
The 995XD is a screw drive opener. Everything for it is on this page: the motor drive assembly, the drive belt, the logic board, the safety sensors and the installation hardware. The reference numbers below match the key numbers on the diagram.
Opener runs but the door barely moves, or the rail groans? On a screw drive that is usually the rail rather than the head — old grease hardens and the trolley starts fighting the screw. Strip the old grease off completely and re-grease with rail grease before replacing anything. If the motor does not turn at all, check the drive belt at ref 06a before condemning the motor.

There are two high voltage wire harnesses, at refs 09 and 09a. They are different lengths and connector configurations — compare against the one you are removing before ordering, or call and we will identify it with you.
Two parts we cannot supply. The limit switch assembly (041D4671) at ref 05 and the screw drive RPM kit (41C4672) at ref 07 are both discontinued with no replacement. Everything else on this diagram is available. If either of those has failed, call (866) 965-5599 before ordering anything else — we will tell you honestly whether the repair is still worth doing, and you can see current replacement garage door openers if it is not.

The current 041-0136 eye kit replaces the older 41A5034 and fits Chamberlain and LiftMaster openers alike — the two brands are built by the same manufacturer and share sensors.
