Chamberlain WD832KEV Replacement Parts
The WD832KEV is a square rail belt drive opener. That matters when ordering: its belt, rail, trolley and U bracket are square rail specific and will not interchange with the T-rail parts used on most belt drive openers. The 45ACT logic board and the 041D7742-7 travel module are the two most commonly replaced electrical parts. If the door reverses at the wrong point or will not learn its travel, that is usually the travel module rather than the board — a cheaper part and a quicker job. Note the motor at ref 12 comes with a travel module, so you do not need both.

A belt rarely fails on its own. Check the pulley, trolley and wear pads while the rail is apart — worn pads let the trolley rock in the rail and will chew through a new belt in months.

Safety sensors — order the current parts. The manual lists the 41A5034 sensor kit and the 041A5266-3 bracket. Both are superseded: order the 041-0136 eye kit and, if your brackets need replacing too, the 041-0155-000 brackets or the 041-0365-000 set, which includes eyes and brackets together.
