DoorKing 1602 Barrier Gate Operator Replacement Parts

Genuine DoorKing replacement parts for the 1602 barrier gate (parking gate) operator, models 1602-090 (115V, 1 HP) and 1602-091 (with DC Convenience Open). The operator tables follow DoorKing drawing 1602-890 Rev N (December 2020) and keep DoorKing’s reference numbers so they match the drawing in your hand; within each table parts are listed in numeric part-number order. 1602 Wishbone Arm Kits

The 1602 uses a two-piece “wishbone” arm driven from both sides of the operator, balanced by counterweight plates in the two counterweight covers. Kits come in three styles and three lengths. Each table below combines the three lengths, with a quantity column for each; an em-dash means that length does not use the part. Arm-tip parts differ by length, so they appear as separate rows. A 20 ft wood wishbone arm, 1602-340, is also available (it requires the 1602-041 hardware kit).

* DoorKing’s 27 ft kit list shows 1602-125 twice: four cables plus one “cable wishbone assy”. The 20 ft kit uses no red tip cap (1602-208) or tip screw.

LED Edge Octagonal Arm — 1602-292 / 1602-294 / 1602-297 (20 / 24 ft shown)

The LED edge kits add a lighted reverse edge along the arm and a transformer and harness in the operator. DoorKing’s current price book lists these kits as 1602-982 / 1602-984 / 1602-987 with identical descriptions, so they appear to have been renumbered — we stock both numbers. No drawing was published for the 27 ft kit, so only 20 and 24 ft are shown.
