DoorKing 1601 Barrier Gate Operator Replacement Parts

Circuit Board — the most replaced part on the 1601
1601-010 — PCB, 1601 / 1602 Parking Gate Operator
This is the control board for the barrier gate range — one board fits the 1601, 1602 and 1603 operators. If the operator is dead after a storm, powers up but ignores every input, or the arm no longer responds to a loop or a card reader, this is the part.
Older units with the Convenience Open option: operators built before 2016 (models 1150, 1601, 1602 and 1603) use the 1473-121 DC Convenience Open replacement kit — this is the part that raises the arm when AC power has failed. It is not used on units built from 2016 onward.
Model 1601-481 uses a different housing (1603-200) and gearbox mounting plate (1601-114) than the standard units. Model 1601-480 uses the stainless steel door (1601-175) and the gray arm cover (1601-283). If you are unsure which build you have, check the model number on the data label inside the cabinet before ordering.
