The 3326-H is a 125 kHz HID-compatible proximity clamshell card in the standard 26-bit H10301 format. It reads on any HID proximity reader and on most HID-compatible readers from other manufacturers. Made by 3millID.

Minimum order 100 cards, and each order is programmed to your site. You will need three things at checkout: the format number, your facility code, and the starting 5-digit ID number you want the sequence to begin at. Have those to hand before you order — see below if you are not sure where to find them.

What you need before ordering

You needWhere to find it
Format number Usually 26-bit H10301 — the industry standard. Your access control system or your original card order will confirm it.
Facility code Your site's code, set when the system was installed. It is in your access control software, or on the box your original cards came in.
Starting ID number The next unused number in your sequence. Check the highest number already issued and start above it.

The facility code is not printed on the cards. It appears on the box only. So keep the box, or write the code down somewhere you will find it in three years when you order the next batch. This catches people out more than anything else in access control.

If you cannot find your facility code, call us on 866-965-5599 before ordering. Cards encoded to the wrong facility code will not be recognised by your controller, and they are not returnable.

Common questions

What is 26-bit H10301? The most widely used proximity card format — 8 bits of facility code and 16 bits of card number. If your system was set up with standard HID cards, this is almost certainly what it uses.

Are these genuine HID cards? No — they are 3millID cards built to be compatible with HID format. They read on HID readers at a lower cost per card. If your specification calls for genuine HID, tell us and we will quote that instead.

Why is there a minimum order of 100? Each batch is encoded to your facility code and number sequence, so it is a made-to-order run rather than stock.

Can I print a photo on them? No. Clamshell cards have a moulded base and are not printable. For photo ID badges use the ISOProx II.

Where do I find my facility code? On the box your existing cards came in, or in your access control software. It is not printed on the cards themselves.

What starting number should I use? The next unused number above the highest already issued on site. Overlapping numbers cause two people to open the door with the same credential ID.

Will these work alongside my existing cards? Yes, provided they are encoded to the same facility code and format and the numbers do not overlap.

Can I get them keyed to a slot? They come vertical slotted as standard, ready for a lanyard or badge clip.
