Genuine LiftMaster K41-0388-000MC main board — the control board, with battery backup, for every LiftMaster Maxum industrial DC operator: the JDC, RJDC and JHDC jackshaft and hoist models and the TDC trolley. One board serves the whole platform, at every voltage and door weight.
What does change with the model. The main board is common, but the EMI board and transformer are voltage-specific and the bridge rectifier depends on the operator size. Check the voltage digit in your model number (1 = 120/240V, 4 = 480V) before ordering those.

Is the main board actually the problem?

After fitting
The board arrives unprogrammed. Set the open and close limits, relearn the transmitters, and re-test the entrapment protection devices before returning the door to service.
Fit surge protection at the same time. Storm damage is a leading cause of gate operator board failure. If this board died after a storm, the replacement is at the same risk unless the installation is protected.
