LiftMaster MHS5011 medium-duty slow-speed hoist operator (current catalog number MHS5011U, handed R or L) — 1/2 HP, 115 V single phase, for rolling sheet doors, rolling grilles and small sectional doors with high or vertical lift up to about 320 sq ft. The MHS is the MH with a 38.6 rpm output instead of 80 rpm, which is what a rolling sheet door wants, and it carries both the floor-level chain hoist and the floor-level disconnect. Built-in 315 MHz Security+ receiver, 24 V control circuit, adjustable friction clutch.

Common questions
Is it Security+ 2.0 or myQ?
No. The medium-duty logic uses the 315 MHz Security+ receiver. For Security+ 2.0 and myQ you need the industrial H / J / T Logic 5 operators.
What voltage?
115 V single phase only. Other voltages are on the industrial H series.
Right- or left-hand?
