I needed to replace the remote controls (Liftmaster 61LM) for my 22-year-old garage door and could not find any local dealers who sold them. They all said "Those are so old, they aren't made anymore. But we have a universal remote that 'might' work." Frustrated by this, I went online and found the remote I needed was available st Gatehouse. I called and found they Gatehouse had NEW ones! I ordered two (and at a price that was half of what local dealers wanted for a universal remote), received them quickly and looked at the labels on the back of the remotes which indicated they were manufactured just 3 months ago! Brand new - and with batteries juiced up and included in the remote. I am a very satisfied customer!
