    Product was shipped and arrived in good working order, however after I ordered from you. I order another unit, sample identical part through Amazon. for $17.60 free shipping for a savings of $8.74, which arrived a day later.

    My garage door was installed in 1991 and based on my recent search for an extra remote, it seems Liftmaster no longer produce the remote for any of its door that was manufactured before 1992. However surprisingly, I found Gatehouse still carry the remote for my old garage door. I ordered one and received within 3 days. it works on my first trial after I matched 9 pins to my old one. This remote is brand new and came with battery installed. I would recommend Gatehouse to whoever is looking for a remote but unable to find it due to product support problem. Gatehouse's website offers a very clear instructions that may help user to decide on what model to buy. No more guess work. I also give credit to amazon.com because it linked me to Gatehouse website while searching for this model.

    Order and shipping experience was flawless. Sadly though I've now discovered that the logic board in my 1155 LiftMaster opener is fried. Even sadder is that you (nor anyone else) don't have the part available. As such I'll be requesting a return authorization on the 61LM, as at a later date I'll have to replace the entire unit. Thanks for all your help, I'll certainly return to gatehouse.
