Genuine LiftMaster / Elite 041B0736 input board (also 2B736) — the board that reads the keypad and the call button on the EL25, EL2000 and EL2000SS telephone entry systems and passes them to the main board. Keys that do not register, or a valid code that goes nowhere, point here once the 041D0236 keypad and its ribbon have been checked. The relays and audio are on the 041B0737 output board.
Read the number on the board you are removing. The EL2000, EL2000SS and EL25 share most of their electronics, but each board does one job. The table below says which is which; the main board 041B0735 is discontinued, so if that is the one that has failed, call us before ordering anything else.

Is the board actually the problem?
The EL2000 is a multi-board unit, and the wrong board gets ordered often. Work down this list before you buy:

After fitting
Re-test the keypad, the call button, both audio directions and the gate relay before closing the door of the unit.
