Genuine DoorKing 4100-018 control board — the current board for the DoorKing 6524 and 9024 DC gate operators — units built January 2016 or later, with the UL325 monitored-device input. The 6524 DC swing and 9024 DC slide operators use the 4100 family of boards; the AC 6500 and 9000 use the 4405-010 instead.
The 4100 family has four boards and no dropdown. Unlike DoorKing’s other operator boards, each version is its own part number. Match on BOTH the build date and the motor voltage, reading the number on the board currently fitted:

After fitting
The new board arrives unprogrammed. Set the limits and force, relearn every remote and transmitter, re-enter timer, loop and accessory settings, and re-test every entrapment protection device before returning the gate to service.
Fit surge protection at the same time. Storm damage is a leading cause of gate operator board failure. If this board died after a storm, the replacement is at the same risk unless the installation is protected.
