DoorKing 1200-058 In-Ground Adapter for Designer Mounting Posts
This is not a post. It is the 24 in. in-ground anchor that lets you install a DoorKing designer post where there is no concrete pad. The adapter goes in the ground and the base plate of a 1200-085 or 1200-086 post bolts to it. If you already have a concrete pad, you do not need this part.

- One 1200-058 in-ground post anchor, 4 x 8, 24 in. (610 mm) long
- 1/2-13 hex nuts for attaching the post base plate

Common setups:
- Post on an existing concrete pad: 1200-085 or 1200-086
- Post with no concrete pad: the post + 1200-058 in-ground adapter
- Lighted post: the post + 1200-087 tower + 1200-150 light (add 1200-058 if there is no pad)
Finish: DoorKing ships designer posts prime-coated black only. DoorKing says they must be finished with a high-quality outdoor paint to prevent corrosion and rust.
