Genuine DoorKing 4403-010 circuit board — the main control board for the DoorKing 9310 vehicular slide gate operator. It carries the limit inputs, the loop and safety-device inputs, the radio terminals and the motor relays. DoorKing now ships the 4403-012 against orders for this number; it fits the same operator.
Read the number and revision printed on the board, and note the operator's date of manufacture from its data label. DoorKing changed several of its operator boards in 2016 (the -010 to -012 / -018 change), and the replacement supplied for the 9310 is the 4403-012. Send us the operator's serial number if you are unsure which board it has.

Is the board actually the problem?
The board is the most over-ordered part on a gate operator. Work down this list before you buy:

After fitting
Set the limits, the reverse sensitivity and the auto-close timer, then re-test every loop, photo eye and edge before returning the gate to service.
Fit surge protection when you fit the board. DoorKing makes a 1878-010 low-voltage surge suppressor for the 16.5 VAC side and a 1876-010 high-voltage suppressor for the line side. A board that died in a storm will die again without them.
