Platinum Access BLGOC-2000 control board — the earlier main control board for the Platinum brushless DC operators (BLSL840, BLSL2250, BLSW814, BLSW1016), and the board Platinum named as the direct replacement for the discontinued BLGOC-2200. Platinum has since superseded it with the BLGOC-2400, which fits the same operators and is the board we recommend for a new repair.
Superseded. Order the BLGOC-2400 kit unless you specifically need a like-for-like BLGOC-2000. The 2400 drops into the same operators and carries the current monitored entrapment-device inputs.

Is the board actually the problem?
The board is the most over-ordered part on a gate operator. Work down this list before you buy:

| Operator dead, no lights on the board | Supply, the switching power supply and the batteries before the board |
| Gate runs slowly or stops partway | The batteries, then the motor |
| Opens but will not close | A loop, photo eye or edge holding it open |
| Dead after a storm | The board — and fit surge protection with the new one |
Fit surge protection when you fit the board. Lightning and utility surges are the most common reason a gate operator or entry system board is replaced, and a new board on the same unprotected supply is at the same risk.
