Compatibility

Compatible with all LiftMaster, Chamberlain, and Sears garage door openers from 1993 to present that use:

  • 315 MHz or 390 MHz frequency
  • Colored learn buttons (green, orange/red, purple, yellow)

Important: Will NOT work on pre-1993 units that use DIP switches.

    I ordered replacements for my 10 yr old Liftmaster remote openers. The new ones were easy to program and work great! And, Gatehouse was very easy to work with and prompt, with the shipment arriving DAYS before it had to! Kudos!!

    UNIVERSAL door opener remote.

    Built my house in 1996. 2 garage doors (a double and a single)... So the "mother board" on the single door opener goes bad and the opener has to be replaced. I figure 19 years isn't awful. But things have changed... the remote from the old opener won't work with the new one. The new one comes with a 3-button remote (so I could open either door from the car)but is not the "universal" model so will only work with the new door, not the old. Options are buy one of these or have 2 remotes in your car. Thanks Liftmaster :( !! Just a way to sell extra accessories! Product delivered VERY promptly and a breeze to program.

    I lost my only original garage door opener,
    a 1993 Liftmaster. I called Liftmaster and they knew exactly the replacement I needed. I ordered two,one for my truck and one kept in my home. They were so easy to program and they work better then my original. Thanks for the great service Liftmaster.
